Introducing a fresh new look for Genius Bytes

We’re proud of the work we do here at CAKE and we happen to have recently launched a rebrand and new website for privately-owned software house, Genius Bytes. So, let us tell you more…

Genius Bytes is very well-known in its industry, for successfully providing bespoke solutions to some of the world’s largest organisations, supporting them on their journey to digitalisation. As the business moves forward and in order to take the next step in its development, they decided they needed to refresh the brand.

In the early stages we worked closely with the team at Genius Bytes to understand their business and the objectives they wanted to achieve from the rebrand and new website. We then hand-picked a dream team of freelancers from our network who created a new brand, designed the website, built the website and created all of the copy and content!

The new website boasts a clean design and intuitive and consistent site-wide navigation to help users find their way around with ease. It is also fully responsive with mobile devices, making it easy to navigate on a wide range of web browsers and devices.

"We are delighted with the work that CAKE did for us. They came in and worked as part of our team, listened to what we were trying to achieve and delivered a website that is exactly as we imagined it. They were easy to work with and brought us some great ideas that have really made a difference and will make a positive impact on how our customers see us.” Matthias Horst - CEO Genius Bytes Software GmbH

The new logo was designed to convey strength and represent a dynamic forward-thinking organisation. The large ‘G’ is based on a combination of two elements, a Mobius strip and an arrow. The Mobius strip is a continuous loop, with no beginning and no distinguishable end, and no front or back; it’s a dynamic, ever-twisting circle. The arrow represents moving or appearing to move swiftly and directly.

if you want to see the website in action, you will of course have to take a look here! We’d love to hear what you think! If your brand could do with a refresh or maybe you feel your website is getting a little tired?… You know what to do!
